Gene Kushnir is the Chief Technology Officer of SyncData.ai, leading the platform, product, and engineering roadmap for the company’s AI-powered compliance technology. With more than fifteen years across enterprise SaaS, cloud, and AI delivery at organizations including Walmart Global Tech and Conga, he architects the platform for readiness against SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001. He holds PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, and ITIL certifications.

Alexandra Schwartze advises SyncData.ai’s CEO on human capital strategy, organizational design, and operational readiness. With over a decade of VP-level HR leadership in international insurance technology, she has helped growth-stage companies scale across global, highly regulated markets. She holds executive credentials from The Wharton School and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
